Meet Our Founder: Tori Buck, a distinguished former wedding photographer with over two decades of experience. Renowned for her ability to capture authentic moments with a creative flair, Tori co-founded Dandelion Weddings, a premier wedding photography service specializing in fun, documentary-style, creative imagery with a unique touch.
Tori's passion for photography began in her youth, developing film in a makeshift darkroom she set up during middle school. She honed her skills through apprenticeships and formal education, graduating Magna Cum Laude from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a degree in Digital Design. In 2008, she furthered her education by earning a degree in Business Management and Marketing, also graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Tori strategically relocated her business from Nashville to her native South Carolina with the goal of transforming the wedding photography industry. Her vision was to introduce a fresh perspective, emphasizing artistry and creativity while challenging traditional norms. Tori's leadership was characterized by an innovative approach, prioritizing transparency and client education. The team at OneWed Photography (formerly Dandelion Weddings) remains committed to upholding these values as a cornerstone of their client service.
Dandelion Weddings had achieved significant recognition, earning 48 awards and being featured in 41 publications. The talented team offers a comprehensive range of photography services, including weddings, engagements, elopements, proposals, and even unconventional and unique events.
The diverse team of self-expressionists and creatives at OneWed Photography (formerly Dandelion Weddings) excels in capturing each couple's unique love story through the use of natural light and innovative styling.
Tori took particular pride in the team's collaborative spirit and their ability to serve a diverse clientele, which enriched their work and broadened their perspective. The team's dedication ensures that Tori's legacy, hard work, and creative style continue to thrive for years to come.
Tori served as the Director of Photography prior to her retirement, bringing 27 years of experience as a professional wedding photographer. The creative team she mentored for nearly a decade has now partnered to create OneWed Photography and Content Creation.
